Franz Tost remains team principal with Giorgio Ascanelli the technical director. The chassis will be the STR2B and the engine the Ferrari 056 with Bridgestone providing the tires. At the start of the racing season however, Toro Rosso will employ a modified version of the 2007 car as the STR3 should be available by the 4^th or 5^th race day. Given the form that both drivers showed last season, along with the sponsorship from Red Bull, there is no reason not to believe that Scuderia Toro Rosso will not make improvements on the 8 points obtained last year.
